We brought back lemons from our trip and a friend brought up back even more lemons from her trip...so, it's been lemons galore at our house! Lemon bars, lemon cookies, lemon pasta, lemonade, etc. My mom explained that we could just juice them and freeze the juice so we didn't feel obligated to go overboard all at once...probably a good idea! But with faces like that, going overboard can't be too bad of a thing, right?!?

Such a cute picture with the lemons!!
When my family lived in the Bay Area, we had a lemon tree in our backyard. I remember some "juicing parties" we would have...juice the lemons on this half dome electric juicer, fill ice cube trays with the juice, let them freeze, them pop them out into a ziploc and keep in the freezer. Ah, fresh lemonade whenever we wanted!!! Fun memories...:)
