I have heard a complaint that people don't know what our life looks life out here in Omaha, so here are some pics: our house, our new minivan, our neighborhood, the "new-in-progress" preschool rooms, etc. Enjoy! :)

The Kids
Everyone is doing great over here - growing like weeds and glad that spring is here! Gabe was nice enough to stand for the first time by himself when I had the camera out to take a picture of he and Emma. I never get that lucky!!!

Guess Who Is F-O-U-R???
It's so fun to live by family where we can celebrate the little things as well as the big things together! Our cute nephew just had a birthday and it was so fun to be able to just run over to the park to celebrate his big day!!!

The Adventures of Kindergarten
As Alex's kindergarten year comes to close (less than 2 more months!), he is really loving the independence and confidence that comes from being able to write/draw whatever you want...countdown charts for when soccer season starts, Dr. Seuss stories, etc. This is what he looks like in the car every day - we love that little guy!

Trip Down Memory Lane
It doesn't seem possible that this stroller used to be my sole means of transportation when we moved to Omaha just over 8 years ago. I used to strap in Zach (1 1/2) and Camilla (6 months) and we would walk to Target for groceries (yes, it was uphill both ways...in the snow and ice...), we went to the park, I pushed them while I ran around the neighborhood. That stroller has seen my blood, sweat and tears! So, now we are back in Omaha. I just pulled it the old stroller and re-assembled it. I strapped in Emma and Gabe...and we went for a run. It was a fun, flashback and Emma is very excited about our "new" stroller!

Smoothies & baths
Gabe is thoroughly enjoying his green smoothies! He is pretty picky about taste and texture, so it's nice to be able to get in a few fruits and veggies every day!
